16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at support@introapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Four Leaf LLC agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the State of Maine, or at another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted remotely to the extent permitted by the AAA's rules.

The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court in the State of Maine if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maine to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

16.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim, then the entirety of the arbitration agreement shall not apply to that claim (but shall remain applicable to all other claims).

17. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, wars or terrorism, power or internet outages, failures of third-party hosting or cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS), cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure. During any such event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
